Any projections or estimates we provide are based on experience and are not guarantees.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days past due.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, US-ISP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Callaway County, Missouri.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
